Atvandbuggy is an online booking platform for tourism companies that offer off-road desert experiences. The Atvandbuggy Rep app is used by workers of our partner companies and is included in daily operational work. Through the app, users can see the schedule and manage actual bookings and vehicles, scan and administrate QR codes and tickets, check and validate booking itineraries, and monitor the ride times.
Scope
This policy covers the Atvandbuggy Rep Android app and its backend, which is used to support employer operations.
Data We Handle
Work account & role (provided by your employer) for login and access.
Operational data you enter or scan in the app: booking/ride identifiers, vehicle identifiers, QR code scans, customer ride entry status, and timing of rides and hand-overs. We use this data only to provide the service to your employer. We do not use it for advertising or sale.
Sharing
With your employer (who provided your access) to run daily operations.
With essential service providers (e.g., hosting) solely to operate the app for your employer.
We do not sell personal data.
Security
Data transmitted between the app and our services is encrypted in transit.
